El did great!

Thanks for the thoughts on my little one over the weekend. She did great! Erik and I went to pick her up together on Saturday morning, and we were both so excited to get her back. The nurses said she was so sweet and so cute. That's our little stinker....

Anyway! Nothing else new here. Great new pictures and video clips! I am getting so excited to be in Colorado Springs! It will be so great to be with family again, and I am so excited to be able to watch this little niece grow up a little.

Shon and Em...Avery is beautiful! I loved the video. I put Kloey up on the desk so she could watch it and she laughed and tried to kiss the screen. I can't wait to get them together again. How much does she weigh now? We just weighed Kloey in at 18 lbs at 18 months. Tiny little girls! Give us a call...love you guys! Jenn 

Hey Kar! That is great news about you and Erik going to CO! Personally, I can't wait til you guys move so I no longer have to hear you talk about the insanely nice weather there, while we're freezing here!!! By the way...how is El feeling? We're excited to have you in the hood!! Hopefully you'll find a house of your own close to us on the south side. Don't worry too much about El as I'm sure that everything will go just fine. Take care.

Good news!

Well, the Colorado thing is pretty certain - about 95 percent. I talked to my boss yesterday and gave her the heads up. That makes it seem more real than anything has yet. I will admit, I think I am going to miss Tucson - the warm weather, the palm trees, THE MEXICAN FOOD! We'll definetaly miss the food the most. Anyway... we are probably going to have to live with Rhett for the first few months until we can get a house. Erik wants to sell his house in Eagle first so we'll have money for a down payment. He refinanced the house last year and the total he owes on it is just under $210,000. Our realtor called today to let us know where they want to list it at - $285,000!! We are really excited. We only thought of listing it at $250,000. So, as soon as his house sells, we'll get something lined up in Colorado Springs. The house Rhett is thinking of making an offer on is about 5 or 10 minutes from Shon, according to Erik. So that would be cool.

Well, that's it for now. Everyone say a prayer for me and Stinker tomorrow night. She is getting spayed on Friday. You'll need to pray that she gets through it with no difficulties, and that I can just drop her off without losing it! By the way, I put her on a diet in January and she's lost almost 2 pounds! That's alot for her little frame.
